If a person is not living a healthy lifestyle it may cause many problem to him it leads to many diseases like stress ,depression, anxiety etc. By following healthy lifestyle it can be overcome.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Less Physical Activity<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the word physically active we mean a person should be fit and active he or she must do regular exercise. A person should be involved in one or the other physical activity like walking, cycling, jogging any of the outdoor game etc. It help in maintaining good\u00a0 physic and keep our immune system strong. If a person is physically less active He or She must be feeling lazy, Lethargic and disinterested towards work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Obesity<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obesity is the condition in which a person become obese due to accumulation of extra fat on his or her body that may lead to fatty liver and can also affect the working of our internal organ like heart ,liver and kidney. Diseases like heart attack, kidney failure, fatty liver are caused due to obesity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Hereditary Factors<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By the word hereditary factor we mean there are some traits in our genes or chromosomes which are responsible for some diseases and these traits transferred from one generation to another these abnormal or diseases causing\u00a0 traits leads to hereditary disease these diseases gets passed on from one generation to another generation for example diabetes, High blood pressure, hemophilia, chromosomal diseases like sickle cell anemia etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Social Factor<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Man is a social being and everything which is happening around us affects us. Some people can\u2019t cope up with the social changes around them and suffer from diseases like hypertension ,depression ,suicidal tendency etc. They need emotional and social support from the people around them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Excess Consumption of Alcohol<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excess consumption of alcohol causes many problems at personal, economical and social front .Excess consumption of alcohol can lead to nervous breakdown, It affects lungs, heart and liver problems also and causes many other chronic diseases.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Active or Passive Smoking<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smoking is injurious to our health in either active or passive mode. It affects our lungs ,respiratory system ,buccal cavity and leads to serious problems. There is evidence that in pregnant ladies it can cause chromosomal disorder in the fetus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Environmental factor<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nowadays we are exposed to different types of pollution and they are causing lots of problems to us with diseases like Asthma, Bronchitis, Heart Disease, Stroke, Chronic Diseases, Respiratory Disorder ,Irritation in eyes, Headache etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Malfunctioning of Organ<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> :Disease are caused due to malfunctioning of our internal organs like heart ,kidney, liver, lungs etc. These kinds of disease can be cured with the help of proper treatment. Sometimes NCD diseases are also caused by hormonal disbalances. Diabetes is also a kind of disease which is caused due to increase in level of blood sugar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><b>Poor Nutrition<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lack of nutrients\u00a0 in diet or excess of any particular kind of nutrient\u00a0 also lead to malnutrition diseases.
